Another post already? Look at me! I’m blogging!
We spent the weekend at my parent’s house which meant lots of car knitting time as well as a bit of knitting time in their backyard while my Mom, aka Nana, enjoyed the kiddos and their silly antics.
It was so nice to have a helping hand with the girls and visiting with family and friends is awesome since my life up here is pretty lonely. Okay. Very lonely. I DO get to interact with two special little ladies all day, everyday, but the oldest is only 3, so our conversations sometimes lack substance. 😉
Where was I?
Oh, right. This is a post about a work-in-progress. Here it is:
This is Sleeping Cedars knit in MadTosh’s “Silver Fox” colorway. The cozy sleepsack is going to keep Baby #3 warm and snug all winter long. It has a big size window (nb-6mo) and I’ve had small babies so far (fingers crossed that this trend continues), so I’ll be shocked if it doesn’t last from October to March/April.
In 15 days we find out the sex of our newest addition. After that, I’ll decide what color to knit the drawstring cord for the bottom.
