Yesterday, Hubby and I went to Bed, Bath, & Beyond to buy a wedding gift. The customer service counter had a line (as usual). An older woman in front of us was trying to return what looked like a shower curtain liner. The sales associate was having a rather difficult time getting this shower curtain liner to scan. Finally, she asked the associate next to her for help. This girl looked at the package and announced that they didn’t sell that brand. The woman had brought it to the wrong store. Sure, I wanted to laugh, but my first thought was: Gee, I hope that’s not me in 40 years. I mean, I’m ditzy enough as it is.
